1. Service Pricing & Charges

All prices displayed on our website are provided on a per-person basis unless otherwise specified. Quoted rates generally cover only the services clearly outlined in the selected package and may exclude items such as visa fees, travel insurance, gratuities, meals, beverages, personal expenses, laundry services, room service charges, and other incidental costs. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in supplier costs, airline fares, accommodation rates, taxes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major international payment cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Full payment may be required to secure certain bookings. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to all applicable charges associated with your reservation.

3. Booking Confirmation

Once payment has been successfully processed, a booking confirmation will be issued via email. Customers are advised to carefully review all booking details upon receipt and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. The confirmation document may be required when redeeming services from airlines, hotels, attractions, transportation providers, or other travel partners.

4. Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy

4.1 Reservation Cancellations

• Individual tours, attractions, hotels, transfers, and travel products may carry separate cancellation conditions. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation policy before completing any booking.
• Special package deals and bundled services may be cancelled according to their individual terms. If one component of a bundled package is cancelled, promotional pricing may no longer apply and applicable adjustments will be made based on the remaining services.
• Visa processing fees and related government charges are non-refundable once payment has been completed through the U Travel International website.
• Customers are advised to verify the availability of all selected services before finalizing package bookings. Alternative arrangements may be offered where availability limitations arise.

4.2 No-Show Policy

• Failure to utilize a confirmed booking, including tours, transfers, hotel stays, attraction tickets, transportation services, or vehicle rentals, may result in the forfeiture of all payments made. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling options may not be available for unused services unless specifically permitted by the supplier's policy.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the appropriate communication channels provided by U Travel International. Upon receiving your request, our team will review the applicable terms and confirm any cancellation charges, refund eligibility, or booking amendments. Cancellation requests shall only be considered valid once acknowledged and confirmed by our team.

6. Schedule & Service Modifications

Travel itineraries, schedules, routes, accommodations, transportation arrangements, and included services may be modified due to operational requirements, weather conditions, supplier decisions, airline schedule changes, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, alternative arrangements of comparable value will be provided. U Travel International reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments without liability where necessary to ensure service continuity.

7. Accommodation Arrangements

Accommodation requests are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. If a selected property is unavailable, we may offer an alternative property of a comparable category and standard. Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined solely by the accommodation provider, and we cannot guarantee early check-in, late check-out, or special room requests unless confirmed directly by the hotel.

8. Insurance Responsibility

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain suitable travel insurance coverage before departure. U Travel International shall not be liable for losses, delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, personal injury, theft, baggage loss, or other unforeseen events that may occur during travel.

9. Passport, Visa & Documentation Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, identification documents, vaccination certificates, and any other documentation required by destination authorities. Entry requirements vary by nationality and destination and may change without notice. Failure to obtain or present the necessary documentation shall not qualify for refunds or compensation.

10. Intellectual Property & Website Usage

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, pricing information, travel products, software, and marketing materials, remains the property of U Travel International or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written authorization.

11. Service Availability & Compliance

U Travel International will not provide products, services, or transactions to individuals, entities, or jurisdictions that are restricted under applicable laws and regulations. The company complies with all relevant sanctions requirements and reserves the right to refuse service where legally required.

12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, or matter arising from the use of this website, the purchase of services, or any related transaction shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings related to such matters.
